The Leadership Forum
Would you like to belong to a group that is made up of other leaders from your firm who, similar to you, are looking to excel in their careers? Your firm gives you critical objectives which you are expected to achieve each year. Sometimes, though, there is not a great deal of assistance and practical ideas to go along with the objectives. Many leaders feel they need the support available from other professionals. You will be able to share and learn from other leaders every month. Now you can get all the assistance you need from both your peers and from a 41 year management veteran. For the first time, whether you are in a large or small market, whether you are in administration or sales you will have access to ideas and information from around the country. This will be your opportunity to break down the silos that exist in all firms and "cross-fertilize" with others who want to grow also.
Here is how this unique program will work:
- You will meet via voice over computer from the comfort of your own location.
- Your group will consist of 12 leaders.
- Your forum will meet monthly.
- You can join either a day time forum or an evening forum.
- Members will be able to submit ideas and discussion topics for each meeting.
- Only distinct members of each forum will be in attendance at each meeting.
- The cost is $250 per month or $2,500 per year if paid in full.
- The moderator will each month provide coaching based on his own experiences and the questions submitted by the member. Open discussion will be encouraged and required.
- The forum will be your secret weapon for success.

HOW TO BECOME A LEADER PEOPLE WILL FOLLOW
Winning at Leadership is the foundation of all leadership. It focuses on the personal traits that leaders must possess and exhibit in order to gain the support of those they desire to lead. (It is a "must" for any new leader and a refresher for experienced leaders.)
The topics covered are:
Consent: What does it take to gain willing followers?
Values: What personal values do you need to be able to exhibit?
Motives: Do you possess the right motives to be a leader?
Judgement: Is your judgement founded on solid principles?
Consistency: Is your leadership the same every day in every way?
Courage: Are you in danger of being considered a "definite maybe"?
How to Be an Effective Coach
The Importance of Coaching is a seminar devoted to learning the skills necessary to be an effective coach in any walk of life. The topics covered are:
Leading people to do today what they would rather do tomorrow.
Know who you are leading and what their commitment is to the team.
To build a winning team you have to start with individuals one by one.
Coaching requires inspiring and encouraging people.
Coaching requires integrity on the part of the coach.
A good coach is a good listener.
